The disappointing first fit

Holding and charging are different jobs
A mount may hold a phone without charging it. A charging version has its own phone, case and power requirements. Belkin distinguishes these features in its range. Read the complete product specification instead of treating a magnetic label as a promise that every function will work.
Check everything while parked
Review the maker’s vehicle and surface guidance and avoid positions that obstruct visibility, controls or safety equipment. Confirm the fit and cable route while stationary. Do not adjust or test a mount while driving. We have not tested retention or charging performance on a model here.
Compare the complete setup
Check included accessories and any required power supply before comparing prices. If an existing setup already works safely and conveniently, a new charging feature may not justify replacement. Choose for the exact combination you will use every day.
